M Joan Cousin HIV/AIDS
Mission office opens

The 15th Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church announces the offices of the M. Joan Cousin HIV/AIDS Mission.

This new mission is named for Dr. M. Joan Cousin, noted Episcopal Supervisor, staunch crusader against the deadly HIV/AIDS epidemic, and the wife of Bishop Philip R. Cousin, Presiding Prelate of the Fourth Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.

The new offices are in the 15th Episcopal District headquarters in Bellville, South Africa. The facility - the only FREE center in South Africa - provides much needed services including: blood testing, counselling, home based care to the frail, social services, training and food parcels to the needy.

Your help is needed today! Don't give up the fight against HIV/AIDS, where 5,000 people in Africa will be infected with this virus daily. As children of God, we can't let this happen. Giving up the fight against HIV/AIDS becomes an easy option when funds are limited.

At this time, the Center solicits your prayers and your financial assistance.
